Privacy policy
Paysagiste Acadien Inc. collects the minimum information needed to answer your requests. This page explains what we collect, why, where it is kept, and how to exercise your rights.

Information we collect
We only collect what you send us yourself through our forms. No account, no profiling, no purchased data.
- Contact form: your name, email and municipality (required); your address, phone, desired service, preferred start date, how you heard about us and your message (optional).
- Careers form: your name, phone and email (required); your introduction message (optional).
- In both cases: the site language you used and the submission date, so we can reply in the right language and handle requests in order.
Why we collect it
Only to communicate with you: to prepare and send an estimate, schedule work, answer a question, or review an application. We do not use this information for advertising, and we never sell, rent or trade it to anyone.
Your consent
By submitting a form, you consent to us using this information to answer your request. That consent is free: optional fields can be left blank, and you may withdraw it at any time by writing to us, without having to justify yourself.
Where your information is kept
Requests are stored in a database hosted by Neon, whose servers used for this site are located in the United States. The site itself is hosted by Hostinger. Your information therefore leaves Quebec and may be subject to the laws of the hosting country. We do not share it with any other third party.
How long we keep it
We keep requests for as long as needed to follow up, then delete them once they are no longer useful. You can ask us to delete your information at any time; we will comply unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it.
Cookies and tracking
With your consent, this site uses Google Analytics (GA4), a third-party audience-measurement tool provided by Google, to understand how the site is used — pages viewed, overall traffic — and to improve it. These cookies are only set after you agree through the banner; you can decline, or withdraw your consent at any time through the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of every page. The related data is processed by Google and may be hosted outside Quebec, including in the United States. This site sets no advertising cookies. Regardless of your choice, your browser stores a single preference locally — the light or dark theme — which never leaves your device and cannot identify you.
Your rights
You have the right to access the information we hold about you, to have it corrected if inaccurate, to withdraw your consent, to request its deletion, and to receive a copy in a structured, commonly used technological format. We answer any request within a maximum of 30 days.
Security
Exchanges with this site are encrypted (HTTPS) and access to the database is restricted. No system is infallible: should a confidentiality incident present a risk of serious injury, we would notify you and the Commission d’accès à l’information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if our practices change. The last-updated date shown at the top of this page prevails.
Person in charge of the protection of personal information
For any question about this policy, to exercise your rights or to file a complaint, write or call:
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca).
